Capital One is seeking a Café Ambassador at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh. You’ll be the face of Capital One’s mission to change banking for good, moving through the café to connect customers with digital tools while delivering high-energy service in a community hub.

This role emphasizes relationship-building over traditional sales, guiding guests through mobile apps, hosting local events, and upholding compliance. A flexible schedule and strong communication are key.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop. You are a banking guide, not a barista.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One’s products and services through genuine conversation rather than transactions.
• Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through our digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshooting tech challenges.
• Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host and support local events that promote financial health and act as a brand steward.
• Advocate & Problem-Solve: Advocate for customers, handle complaints, and resolve issues in line with compliance.
• Act as a Culture Carrier: Create an inclusive environment and be a flexible, detail-oriented team player.
