Capital One is seeking a Café Ambassador in Santa Monica to act as the face of our mission, guiding guests through digital banking while avoiding the teller window. You’ll be a brand advocate, connecting with the community and supporting the guest experience in a vibrant cafe setting.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, helping with mobile tools, hosting local events, and ensuring compliant issue resolution with a positive, inclusive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be a Natural Connector in a high-energy community space.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate focusing on guest experience over sales quotas.
• Guide customers through Capital One’s digital ecosystem and mobile tools.
• Host and support local events promoting financial health.
• Advocate for customers, resolve issues with compliance in mind, and de-escalate when needed.
• Foster an inclusive, flexible, and collaborative environment.
• Move throughout the Café to engage with the community all day.
