Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• 6 months of cash handling experience

Responsibilities

• Guard trust and accuracy in high-volume cash transactions with a compliance-first mindset
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture and contactless payments
• Identify customer needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions
• Greet customers and maintain a warm, community-focused atmosphere in a high-volume space
