• Guard and process high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile features.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with suitable banking solutions and digital tools.
• Greet customers and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented store environment.
