Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: perform high-volume cash transactions with accuracy and follow security/audit standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to clients; identify needs and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and maintain a welcoming, community-focused environment while balancing speed and hospitality.
