• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments to enhance convenience and security.
• Identify customer goals by listening and match them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers, foster hospitality, and ensure customers feel valued, not just a number.
• Support branches within a 50-mile radius and adapt to flexible schedules including weekends.
