Job summary

Capital One in Tyler, TX is seeking a Full Time Branch Ambassador who will be the heartbeat of our space, blending warm hospitality with digital banking expertise to help customers reach their financial goals.

You’ll educate clients on mobile banking, assist with deposits and withdrawals, listen for needs, and connect people to the right tools in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. This role emphasizes trust, accuracy, and a service mindset that prioritizes customers over quotas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proficient in G-Suite (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML and federal standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: actively listen to uncover client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers and balance efficient service with a warm, community-focused approach.
