Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 3–4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through multiple channels, including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
• Proactively educates clients and leverages resources to deliver an accurate, efficient client experience.
