Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Relationship Consultant to engage customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, educate clients on products, and propose tailored solutions to support their financial goals.

You will also open accounts, process requests, and promote digital self-service tools while collaborating with branch colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically four to five years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products helps.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new accounts and process requests, including credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet needs.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver operational excellence.
