You will partner with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience, handling deposits, loans, and account services with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engages clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking guidance.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet financial needs.
• Identifies customer needs and recommends appropriate banking solutions.
• Demonstrates knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems.
