Job summary

AutoNation in Houston seeks an e-Commerce Sales Manager to lead a sales team, training and retaining top e-Commerce Associates while driving market share, targeted unit sales, and profit margins.

You will guide day-to-day operations, manage e-leads, coordinate showroom, internet, and phone traffic, and partner with the GM to optimize inventories and expenses, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in eCommerce automotive sales.
• Ability to mentor and train others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the e-Commerce sales team to meet targets.
• Set vision and goals for the sales team to achieve units and profit.
• Ensure timely handling of e-leads and schedule store visits.
• Manage showroom, e-commerce, and phone customer traffic.
• Partner with GM to plan inventory and manage expenses.
