The role requires coaching, training, and developing top talent to drive targeted unit sales and strong gross margins across showroom, e‑commerce, and phone channels.

You will set strategic goals, engage in daily operations, and ensure timely handling of e‑leads, appointments, and store visits.

• Oversee showroom, e‑commerce, and phone traffic and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with GM/General Sales Manager on pricing and negotiations.
