Responsibilities

• Lead the e-commerce sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team and drive execution.
• Ensure timely handling of e-leads, set appointments, and guide customers to in-store visits.
• Manage showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic to optimize customer experience.
• Partner with GM/GSM to plan inventory and manage controllable expenses.
• Analyze performance and develop action plans to improve results.
