SCAN is seeking a Manager, Digital Acceleration to lead strategic initiatives across service design, business strategy, and solution delivery. You will translate unmet needs into actionable strategies and drive user-centered experiences that support growth, retention, satisfaction, and health outcomes.

Working across business, product, technology, and clinical teams, you will manage 2-3 initiatives, prioritize opportunities based on value, and partner with product teams to bring solutions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in UX, Business Strategy, Social Sciences.
• 5+ years of Experience Design or Service Design.
• 3+ years of experience with health plan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, agile service design projects including research planning and execution.
• Design and evolve member experiences through research, analytics, and journey-based thinking.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business, product and IT teams.
• Use data and stakeholder input to align priorities and design direction.
• Design deliverables such as journey maps, service blueprints and feature development.
• Act as operational owner for key programs translating vision into deliverables.
