Job summary

SCAN Group in the United States seeks a Director of Service Operations & Strategy to lead strategy, governance, analytics, transformation, and operational integration for Member Services. This role provides executive-level decision support, coordinates leadership rhythms, and partners across organizations to execute strategic initiatives.

You will drive integrated performance reporting, oversee the transformation roadmap, and align capabilities with enterprise partners to improve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience.
• 5 leadership experiences including direct people leadership or crossfunctional initiatives.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and decision-support materials.
• Experience with AI, automation, Voice AI, or technology-enabled service transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and operating integration for Member Experience/Member Services.
• Own integrated reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate Monthly Operating Reviews and leadership rhythms.
• Translate priorities into execution plans and manage portfolio and roadmap.
• Partner with analytics, tech, and finance to align work across teams.
• Provide executive reporting on performance, hiring, and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and address operational roadblocks and dependencies.
• Support Voice AI and related automation opportunities.
