Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Growth Strategy & Ops Manager to design and execute national sales strategies across channels, products, and markets. You will collaborate with the CCO and VP to plan for seasonal cycles, including AEP, Open Enrollment, and Lock-In, while building a data-driven sales performance function.

You will partner with Finance, Data, Marketing, and IT to forecast sales and implement dashboards, tools, and enablement to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years in healthcare management consulting or sales strategy roles.
• Experience with healthcare payers or Medicare Advantage is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to set long-term sales strategy across channels and markets.
• Conduct industry research and due diligence to support strategy development.
• Develop tailored plans for Annual Enrollment Period, Open Enrollment, and Lock-In.
• Lead and manage sales workstreams for new markets and product launches.
• Build and manage the AEP War Room for rapid pivots and execution.
