Job summary

CareSource Management Services is seeking a Digital Product Manager I to oversee digital products from planning to delivery, coordinating execution and results tracking. The role drives growth, engagement, and product maturity while managing budgets and stakeholder alignment.

You will prioritize roadmaps, collaborate with IT and external partners, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and translate business goals into tangible product features using Lean and Design Thinking approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Human Factors, IT, Communications or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in digital projects required.
• Experience translating business requirements into user experience applications in support of technical specifications required.
• Project planning/project management experience is required; experience leading teams and large scale projects preferred.
• Digital product owner experience preferred.
• HMO or Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience in Agile scrum ceremonies - story writing, sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage growth and optimization of digital products aimed at awareness, engagement, adoption and product maturity based on product goals.
• Develop and manage digital asset budget.
• Influence, inform, and engage cross functional teams.
• Provide guidance and strategy across digital products, programs and projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a backlog for digital initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Lead product management of digital assets or services representing the digital team in IT Agile meetings.
