Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Manager, Digital Acceleration to lead strategic initiatives spanning service design, business strategy, and solution delivery. You will translate unmet needs into actionable strategies and drive the development of comprehensive user-centered experiences that support growth, retention, satisfaction, and health outcomes.

Working across business, product, technology, and clinical teams, this role owns a portfolio of high-impact initiatives from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UX, business strategy, or social sciences.
• 5+ years of Experience Design or Service Design.
• 3+ years of experience with health plan.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, agile service design projects including research planning and implementation.
• Design and evolve member experiences through research, analytics, and journey mapping.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define end-to-end opportunities and vision.
• Use insights from data and stakeholder input to align priorities and design direction.
• Create deliverables like service blueprints, journey maps, and experience maps.
• Act as operational owner for programs translating vision into features and workflows.
• Engage with stakeholders across SCAN including Marketing, Product, IT, and Member Services.
