SCAN is hiring a Senior Program Manager - Market Performance to lead initiatives that improve market and provider performance across the organization. You will partner with Market Performance leaders, Analytics, and Provider Relations to coordinate programs, develop reporting, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.

You will oversee multiple projects, develop plans, monitor progress, and communicate risks to stakeholders while guiding teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, provider network management, managed care, or related fields.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with performance improvement and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, provider networks, or health plan operations.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and executive materials.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare stakeholders and providers.
• Strong project management and change management skills.
• Experience supporting technology implementations and process redesign.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
