SCAN is seeking a Manager, Digital Acceleration to lead strategic service design initiatives that translate unmet needs into actionable strategies and comprehensive user-centered experiences that support growth, retention, satisfaction, and health outcomes.

You will work across business, product, technology, and clinical teams, owning a portfolio of high-impact initiatives from discovery through implementation, fostering alignment and translating vision into deliverable features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in UX, business strategy, or social sciences.
• 5+ years in Experience Design or Service Design.
• 3+ years working with health plans and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end, agile service design projects including research planning and execution and phase 1 implementation.
• Design member experiences through research, analytics, and journey thinking.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to define end-to-end opportunities and vision.
• Use data and stakeholder input to align priorities and design direction.
• Serve as operational owner for programs and deliverables.
• Build executive-level engagement and communicate design rationales through storytelling.
