Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Manager, Digital Acceleration to lead strategic initiatives spanning service design, business strategy, and solution delivery. You will translate unmet needs into actionable strategies and drive end-to-end, user-centered experiences across teams.

You will own 2-3 initiatives, facilitate workshops, define future-state experiences, and partner with product, IT, and clinical teams to bring solutions to life while communicating decisions clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX, Business Strategy, or Social Sciences.
• 5+ years of Experience Design or Service Design.
• 3+ years of experience with health plan.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and manage priorities.
• Experience applying human-centered design methods (journey mapping, service blueprinting).
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, agile service design projects including research planning, journey mapping, and feature definition.
• Design and evolve member experiences through research and analytics.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business, product, and IT teams to define opportunities.
• Represent business and technical perspectives and communicate design rationale.
• Own program outputs like requirements, process docs, and operational workflows.
• Engage leadership with presentations and research syntheses.
