Job summary

SCAN is seeking a Manager, Digital Acceleration in the United States to drive strategic initiatives across service design, business strategy, and solution delivery. You will translate unmet needs into actionable strategies and partner with product teams to bring solutions to life.

This role leads 2-3 initiatives concurrently, leveraging human-centered design, analytics, and experimentation to improve growth, retention, satisfaction, and health outcomes for members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in UX, strategy or social sciences.
• 5+ years in Experience Design or Service Design.
• 3+ years health plan experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication with strong presentation ability.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to apply human-centered design methodologies to complex service challenges.
• Documentation of processes and analyses for reuse.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, agile service design projects from discovery to implementation.
• Design member experiences via research, analytics and journey thinking.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with business, product and IT teams.
• Use insights from member data and stakeholder input to set priorities.
• Create service blueprints, journey maps, and experience maps.
• Own programs and translate vision into deliverable features; include requirements, abrasion risk, vendor guidance, and workflows.
• Build executive-level engagement and communication to align stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pharmacy, Product, Member Services and IT.
• Champion SCAN’s mission and promote openness and continuous learning.
