Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Howard Lake, MN is seeking a part-time dietary cook to prepare and portion foods for residents and staff. You will follow recipes, HACCP guidelines, and maintain sanitary conditions across the kitchen and serving areas.

This 28-hour-per-week role covers day shifts; weekend work is required on a rotating schedule with additional weekend pay. Previous food service experience is preferred, Serv Safe may be required, and on-site training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions; basic math.
• On-the-job training provided; Serv Safe may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, cook and portion food for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines; ensure sanitation and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain storage and labeling.
