Job summary

Good Samaritan Society in Howard Lake, MN is seeking a Part-time Evening Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents and staff, with shift from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and 5 shifts every two weeks.

The role requires the ability to read recipes, follow HACCP guidelines, and maintain sanitation; on-the-job training provided, with some weekday training. Minimum age 16; Serv Safe may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months of applicable experience preferred.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff and visitors.
• Adheres to food quality standards of appearance, taste, temperature and sanitation.
• Maintains labeling and storage of food, equipment and machinery.
