Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. We are seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, coordinate repair requests, and assist with warranty documentation.

You will estimate costs, input repair orders, and work with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for scheduling. You will also identify additional service opportunities and participate in ongoing training to stay current on warranty issues.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred and 4+ years in related field.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate repair orders and scheduling.
• Experience with warranty documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and coordinate repair requests.
• Estimate repair costs within guidelines and assist in warranty documentation.
• Input repair orders into data processing system and close orders.
• Coordinate with Service Manager and Shop Foremen for task assignments.
• Suggest additional service work and train to stay current on warranty issues.
• Maintain shop and office area and perform duties as assigned.
