Job summary

Outset Medical is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow a defined territory by expanding existing accounts and winning new strategic hospitals and care settings. You will partner with clinical, operational, financial, IT, and executive leaders to build business cases and drive adoption of Tablo Hemodialysis System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of successful healthcare capital sales experience.
• Experience growing existing accounts while developing new business.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Know Your Market: Develop and execute a territory growth strategy; prioritize accounts; monitor competition and market dynamics; maintain forecast and pipeline.
• Grow Your Customers: Expand into additional hospitals, care settings, service lines, and clinical applications; build long-term stakeholder relationships; improve patient care and operational performance.
• Win New Business: Identify priority health systems; lead discovery conversations; develop business cases; deliver tailored presentations.
• Lead Through Complexity: Guide opportunities from discovery to contracting and implementation; coordinate cross-functional support; ensure alignment with customer strategy.
• Deliver Results: Meet sales objectives; maintain CRM records; represent Outset professionally; comply with quality and policies.
