You will analyze usage metrics, run experiments to improve conversion, and coordinate cross-functional launches with design, GTM, and engineering. This role requires experience in SaaS or telecom and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years product management in SaaS or telecom.
• Deep understanding of outbound calling workflows and compliance.
• Data-driven decision making with SQL proficiency.
• Experience with agile development and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the dialer product roadmap.
• Conduct customer interviews and translate pain points into specs.
• Work with compliance team to ensure TCPA, DNC, and PEWC adherence.
• Analyze usage metrics and run experiments to improve conversion.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with engineering, design, and GTM.
