Job summary

Twilio Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Onboarding and Compliance product team. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Hosting, Porting, and ShortCodes, enabling customers to onboard, migrate, and maintain numbers globally.

In this role you will translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into PRDs, partner with GTM to drive product adoption, and lead data‑driven reviews to measure revenue and market impact.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management delivering scalable SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
Proven track record leading product launches and strategy.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience with APIs and developer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the product vision, roadmap, and quarterly planning for Hosting, Porting, and ShortCodes.
Translate regulatory and technical requirements into PRDs for engineering teams.
Develop and communicate the product strategy and gain buy-in from stakeholders.
Partner with GTM to launch products and drive sales and adoption.
Conduct data-driven reviews to analyze product performance and revenue.
