Job summary

TEKsystems in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a contract role. You will provide hands-on support for desktop hardware, Windows OS, printers, AV tech, and Office 365, both in person and remotely.

The ideal candidate has strong PC troubleshooting, AD, and ServiceNow skills, with the ability to handle shifting priorities and maintain documentation. This onsite contract role offers current market pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Intermediate experience in desktop support within an enterprise environment.
• Proficient with Windows 10, Office 365, and AD user management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote desktop support to end users.
• Install, configure, diagnose, repair, and upgrade desktop hardware.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, apps, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain network printers and multifunction devices.
• Provide AV support for meetings and events.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with IT teams and work independently when needed.
