TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 100% onsite contract in Columbus, OH. You will provide hands-on support for Windows and Mac, troubleshoot a range of issues, and deliver strong customer service to faculty, staff, and students.

Responsibilities include workstation deployment, inventory management, break/fix work, ServiceNow ticket handling, and maintenance of classroom technology and A/V equipment. The role requires independent work and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop support for Windows and Mac environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and set up workstations and peripherals for users.
• Manage inventory and perform break/fix support.
• Handle ServiceNow ticketing and incident response.
