Job summary
Lincoln Computer Services is seeking a full-time Level I/II Desktop Support Engineer in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of extensive experience in PC and Mac troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently and provide phone and onsite support for workstation issues. Responsibilities include installing software, resolving customer issues, and providing desktop support. Strong communication skills and familiarity with Cisco Phone Systems are a plus.
Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support.
Experience with PC, Mac, and Printer break/fix tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Provide phone support and onsite remediation for workstation issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer system problems across various technologies.
Install new software and upgrades onsite.
Install service packs and security updates.
Skills
Knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems
Installing and configuring technologies
