Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote support for PCs, servers, networks, mobile devices, and business applications.
Escalate complex issues to Lead Administrators or management as needed.
Support technologies including MS Office/Outlook, Lotus Notes, Virtual Desktop, Junos Pulse, Active Directory, LANDesk, MDT imaging, and Cisco equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; assist with evaluation, testing, deployment, and upgrades.
Configure and maintain warehouse equipment, including printers, RF units, and terminals.
Monitor backups, UPS systems, and server/network equipment.
Coordinate vendor support and provide end-user training.
Maintain technical documentation, spare equipment inventory, and electronic waste records.
Assist with technology planning, budgeting, process improvements, and other duties.
