Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support professional to provide on-site technical assistance for desktops, laptops, servers, and related equipment across client sites in Springfield, IL. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely service calls within SLAs.

You will coordinate with clients, document actions, and report outcomes while adhering to safety policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls per policy
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery
• Manage assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity accurately and promptly
• Comply with Safety policies in daily work
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed
• Other duties as required by business needs
