Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• A+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deskside support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Repair and repair coordination for PCs/laptops.
• Reimaging and software deployment.
• Hardware upgrades and replacements.
• User account support (rights, security, groups).
• IMAC tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Provide hands-on support to network teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues.
• Interact with customers and document tickets.
