Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel between sites with own vehicle.
• High school diploma or trade school training or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Smart Hands support for network/server hardware.
• Troubleshoot physical connectivity issues and perform hardware upgrades.
• Maintain hardware logs, update ticketing systems and SLAs.
• Assist with site readiness, inventory, and on-call rotations.
• Follow safety procedures and document changes.
