Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) in Indianapolis, IN seeks an IT/Desktop Support professional to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows systems and business applications on-site.

You will architect desktop and network solutions, manage printer mappings for clinical systems, and provide frontline user support. Responsibilities include incident escalation with hardware/software vendors, maintaining assets in inventory, documenting tasks, and upholding high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support.
• Proficient with all Windows operating systems.
• Must have at least intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Professional Suite.
• Healthcare IT Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and peripheral devices.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot all business applications.
• Architect desktop applications and network solutions.
• Create printer mappings for clinical systems and ensure connectivity.
• Escalate errors to hardware and software manufacturers as necessary.
• Manage user errors and requests through the IT/Facilities help desk system.
• Document daily tasks and create user documentation as needed.
• Track company assets through inventory database accurately.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and confidentiality.
