Job summary

Hcl-America-Solutions-Inc is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer to deliver on-site Windows and server support in healthcare settings. You will be the primary hands-on resolver for clinicians and staff, addressing hardware, OS, and peripheral issues that cannot be fixed remotely.

Responsibilities include IMAC activities, device deployments, imaging, and ensuring uptime and safety in clinical environments, with strict adherence to healthcare security standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT desk-side support in healthcare settings
• Strong hardware/OS troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with Windows environments and end-user support

Responsibilities

• Onsite Deskside & Field Incident Resolution for clinicians, researchers, and staff
• IMAC: installs, moves, adds, changes; device deployments and onboarding
• Hardware and peripheral support including printers, docking stations, and peripherals
• Data closet activities and adherence to safety, access control, and change procedures
