Job summary

Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) is seeking a hands-on IT/Desktop Support specialist to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows PCs and clinical system peripherals at our Jacksonville site.

You will support business applications, architect desktop solutions, manage the help desk, and maintain asset inventories while ensuring confidentiality and strong customer satisfaction. This is a 100% on-site position with local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based computers and peripherals.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications.
• Architect desktop applications and network solutions; create printer mappings for clinical systems.
• Escalate hardware/software issues to manufacturers as needed.
• Manage help desk requests, document daily tasks, and track assets in inventory system.
• Maintain confidentiality and high customer satisfaction; work on-site.
