Job summary

A software development company is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst based in Long Beach, CA. The role involves providing excellent customer support, troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems, and assisting with mobile device support. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows 7 and higher, familiarity with Mac OS 10.10 and above, and good communication skills. This is a temporary to hire position offering a Monday to Friday schedule, 8 AM to 5 PM.
