Job summary
CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Desktop/Workstation Design Engineer to lead OS image engineering for Windows 10 deployments and large-scale software distribution. You will work with MECM/MDT, patch management, and security updates across desktops, laptops, tablets, and servers.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and deploying OS images using MECM/MDT.
- Experience with large-scale software distribution.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or VBScript.
- Knowledge of security patch management and vulnerability assessment.
- Familiarity with Windows 7 to Windows 10 migration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for Desktop OS images.
- Engineer large-scale software deployment via MECM/MDT.
- Develop and distribute software packages for desktops and servers.
- Advise on user software requirements.
- Support OS patching infrastructure (BigFix or MECM).
- Analyze and evaluate desktop/hardware.
- Litigate software such as Ipro and Concordance.
