Job summary

TEKsystems in Cleveland, OH is offering a contract-to-hire IT support role. You will diagnose and resolve software/hardware incidents, deploy Windows 10/11, image Windows 11, and assist users with IT issues while maintaining strong customer service.

The position is fully onsite in Cleveland with benefits from day one. CompTIA certifications are desirable and compensation ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• CompTIA certifications are desirable for this role.
• Contract-to-Hire position based out of Cleveland, OH.
• Fully onsite position in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents.
• Swap laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10/11.
• Re-image Windows 11 from Windows 10.
• Assist users with IT incidents when called upon.
• Take ownership of issues and escalate when needed.
• Record, update and document requests using the service desk system.
• Install and configure new IT equipment.
• Resolve incidents and upgrade software/hardware.
• Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Maintain a first-class level of customer service.
