Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing IT environment is preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS and overall PC Troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting niche applications with limited documentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide level II desktop and infrastructure support in office and production areas.
• Assist with software deployment and asset management using SCCM.
• Manage Active Directory user and group provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to resolve issues quickly.
