This contract role offers on‑site and remote user support responsibilities with a pay range of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, and an application deadline of Oct 3, 2026.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or help desk in an enterprise setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktops and Office apps.
• Experience with Outlook and standard business software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, remote tools and in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, email and application issues.
• Maintain Windows desktops, configurations, and peripherals.
• Assist users with Office 365 and Outlook applications.
• Diagnose issues with desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues while keeping users informed.
• Follow established support processes and SLAs.
• Deliver strong customer service while managing multiple requests.
