Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking an IT Analyst I – Desktop to provide day-to-day consultation, training and troubleshooting for hardware, software and computer systems to technical staff and end users. You will handle end user support for handheld and peripheral devices and perform hardware upgrades.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, Windows OS expertise including AD and GPO, MS Office, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC and basic network issues.
• Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AD and GPO.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and user devices.
• Support onsite branches, manage ticketing system, phone and email requests.
• Document incidents and track repairs or installations.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment deployment.
