Job summary

Bank of Hope seeks an IT Analyst II – Desktop to provide daily consultation, training, and troubleshooting for desktop hardware, software, and related systems. You will install, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstations while collaborating with LAN teams to ensure optimal desktop performance.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT support, with certifications such as Microsoft or A+. Proficiency with KACE and Microsoft Intune is preferred, and a Windows-focused environment is expected.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years in IT support or similar
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Good knowledge of PC components and operating systems
  • Experience with endpoint management and network-related desktop software

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day consultation, training and troubleshooting to end users for hardware and software
  • Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware/software
  • Collaborate with LAN support to ensure efficient desktop computing operations
  • Process MAC requests and manage moves/adds/changes for end users
  • Use KACE and Intune to deploy endpoints and enforce security policies
  • Document desktop incidents and maintain operational procedures
