Bank of Hope is seeking an IT Analyst II - Desktop in Honolulu to provide day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting for desktop environments. You will support end users, configure and maintain workstations, and collaborate with LAN teams to ensure reliable desktop services.

The role requires 2–5 years in IT support, formal education in IT, and hands-on knowledge of PC hardware, DHCP, and endpoint management tools such as KACE and Microsoft Intune.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years in IT support or similar environment.
  • Associate degree or equivalent required; professional certifications preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, software, and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstations and related hardware/software.
  • Collaborate with LAN support and network admins to ensure efficient desktop operations.
  • Use KACE and Intune to manage endpoint devices and security policies.
  • Handle ticketing, MAC requests, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Prepare tests and reports for desktop performance monitoring and trends.
