Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking an IT Analyst I – Desktop to deliver day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software, and related systems. You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, and assist onsite branches with device maintenance and ticketing workflows.

The role requires an Associate’s degree and solid experience with Windows OS, AD/GPO, and MS Office 365, along with good customer service. Occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Solid PC troubleshooting and basic network problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Windows OS, AD and GPO fundamentals.
• Strong customer service and end-user support abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office 365 and related Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
• End-user support for handheld and peripheral devices.
• Upgrade PCs and install components as needed.
• Maintain IT inventory and document issues and repairs.
• Onsite branch/department support and ticketing system management.
• Occasional after-hours support, in-person or remote.
