Job summary

Bank of Hope seeks an IT Analyst II – Desktop to deliver day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and end-user systems. You will install, configure, test, and maintain workstations and related components to meet required service levels.

Responsibilities include solving complex desktop problems, handling tickets and MAC requests, and coordinating with LAN support to ensure efficient desktop operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in IT support or similar environment.
• A+ Certification and/or Microsoft Certifications.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware and internal components.
• Experience with desktop network software and DHCP.
• Ability to read technical manuals and OEM guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and systems.
• Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user workstations.
• Manage endpoint devices with Intune and KACE for deployment and security.
• Handle user tickets and MAC requests; document incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with LAN support and network admins to ensure desktop environment efficiency.
