Job summary

Bank of Hope is seeking an IT Analyst I – Desktop to deliver day-to-day consultation, training, and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and computer systems across the organization.

You will support end users, manage ticketing, and perform PC upgrades. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, AD, GPO, and MS 365 is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role in Gardena, CA with benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot PC problems and basic network issues.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OS and Office suite.
• Strong foundation in Windows OS including AD and GPO.
• Familiarity with MS O365.
• Preferred: research new technology to benefit Desktop operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day consultation, training, instruction and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and related computer systems.
• End user support for handheld and peripheral devices.
• Implement PC upgrades and component installations.
• Document desktop equipment issues, repairs, and removals.
• Handle the ticketing system, phone and email support.
• Support may be required after hours or in emergencies, in person or remotely.
