Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience providing IT equipment support in large corporate environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Mac/PC desktops.
- Must have TWIC card and valid driver's license as stated.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside IT support for desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Install/Move/Add/Change IT equipment and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Windows issues and peripheral devices.
- Assist with data backup, migration, and asset tracking.
- Support after-hours/on-call requests and possibly executive support.
